Carolina is married to a man who commits fraud and blames her, so she runs away from home with her son. The only solution Carolina can think of at that moment is to go see her twin sister, Celeste, who is a nun. The only option she gives her is for them to exchange places and Carolina to go to the place where she will be sent.
